Welcome to Tradeskill. By creating an account or using Tradeskill (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Tradeskill is

Tradeskill is a free, educational paper-trading simulator . You practice with virtual cash only. No real money is ever deposited, traded, or withdrawn, and no real orders are placed on any exchange. It exists to help you learn how markets and trading work in a risk-free environment.

2. Not financial advice

Tradeskill is for education and entertainment only. Nothing in the Service, including any charts, data, or AI-generated trade feedback, is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a licensed broker or advisor. Real trading carries significant risk of loss. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making real financial decisions.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradeskill. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it; no illegal activity; and no uploading content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Copyright & intellectual property

All Tradeskill branding, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks (e.g. asset/ticker names) referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the assets our simulator lets you practice trading — this doesn't imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those companies.

If you believe content on Tradeskill infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice to [email protected] with subject line "Copyright notice," including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the specific URL or location of the material you claim is infringing; (3) your contact information; and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We review each notice and will remove or disable access to infringing material where warranted. If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details and we'll review it promptly.

6. Market data

Prices and market data are provided by third parties and shown "as is." They may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and are for simulation only. We don't guarantee their accuracy and aren't liable for decisions made based on them.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeskill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms over time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
